Gram flour - 250 gm. Wheat flour - 175 gm. Chilli powder - 5 gm. Turmeric powder - 2.5 gm. Sesame seeds - 3.5 gm. Roasted peanuts - 7 gm. (powder) Grated dry coconut - 5 gm. Garlic paste - 8 gm. Cumin seeds - 1.5 gm. Coriander seeds - 1.5 gm. Minced onions - 55 gm. Oil for frying. Salt to taste. |
