CHINGRI CUTLETS (PRAWNS CUTLETS)
A delicious starter from the eastern part of India.

INGREDIENT:
Jumbo prawns- 8 nos.
Vinegar - 3.5 ml.
Eggs - 2 nos.
Onion &
Ginger juice-
240 gm.
Bread crumbs- 1 cup.
Oil for deep frying

Salt to taste.

METHOD:
Clean and devin prawns, and remove shell, except the tail.
Beat eggs and keep aside. Marinate prawns in onion & ginger juice, vinegar and salt for 10 min. Remove prawns from marinade, flatten with wooden spatula, dip in egg wash, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry. Serve hot with green coriander chutney.
Time taken -- 20 min.
Serves -- 3.
