SANTARA NI BASUNDI(ORANGE MILK)
A dessert form Gujarat, that uses fresh oranges with milk in a delicious combination.

INGREDIENT :
Milk - 1440 ml.
Sweetened condensed
milk - 250 ml
Sweet oranges - 8 nos.
Cardamom powder -2.5gm.
METHOD :
Boil milk, cook till thick and creamy, stirring frequently,till milk is reduced to half.
Add condensed milk and boil for 20 mins. Remove, cook and refrigerate.
Extract juice of oranges, and strain. Collect the segments of orange from the strainer.
When the milk is ice cold, add orange juice, pulp and cardamom .Serve very cold with puris.
Time taken -- 1 hr.
Serves -- 6.
