METHOD
: KOFTAS : Remove moisture from grated vegetables. Mix green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, onions with vegetables. Add gram flour and form into lemon sized balls (koftas). Deep fry these in a wok. GRAVY :: In a pan heat oil and fry onions. Add red chilies, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder and garam-masala. Add chopped tomatoes, water and salt and cook till thick gravy is formed. Add koftas, bring to boil and remove from fire. Garnish with coriander leaves and sliced tomatoes. Serve hot with naan. Time taken -- 1 hr. Serves -- 4. |
