| INGREDIENT
: For Sauce : Tomatoes-250gm.(diced) Brown sugar - 1 tbspn. Bay leaf - 1 no. Paprika - 1 tbspn. Butter - 2 tbspn. Basil leaves - 1 tbspn. (chopped) For Cauliflower Florets:: Cauliflower -
1 large Salt to taste. |
METHOD
: Blend tomatoes to smooth paste. Place in a saucepan and add sugar, bay leaf, paprika, butter and basil. Bring to boil, simmer uncovered till sauce has reduced and thickened ,keep aside. Combine flour cumin powder, salt, coriander, turmeric, ginger, fenugreek and pepper with water, to make batter.For the koftas cut the cauliflower into medium size pieces. Heat ghee in a frying pan, fry the cauliflower florets after dipping them in the batter. Fry till dark brown and drain the oil. Serve hot in the tomato sauce. Time taken -- 30
