INGREDIENT:
Carp (cut into pieces)-
500 gm.
Green chilies
- 7 gm.
Chili powder -
2.5 gm.
Turmeric powder
- 7.5gm.
Onions (chopped)
- 5 gm.
Mustard oil
- 23 ml.
Salt to taste. |
METHOD:
Rub fish pieces with turmeric
and salt and fry lightly in oil and keep aside. Combine rest of turmeric
and chili powder with a tspn. of water to make moist mixture. Heat the
mustard oil and fry onions till brown. Add masala mixture and a half-cup
of water and boil for 10-min. Add chilies and a tspn of raw mustard oil.
Serve hot with boiled rice.
