MACH BHAJA(BENGALI FRIED FISH )
An eastern India style of fried fish .

INGREDIENT :
Rohu fish (carp) - 250 gm.
Turmeric - 10 gm.

Oil for deep frying
Salt to taste

METHOD :
Rub fish pieces with turmeric and salt . Heat oil in a wok and deep fry fish to a crisp and golden brown. Serve with boiled rice and dal .

Time taken -- 15 mins.
Serves -- 4.
