INGREDIENT:
Mince
- 500 gm.
Onions (chopped)
-110gm.
Ginger/garlic paste
-15gm.}
Turmeric powder -2.5gm.
Coriander powder
-10gm.
Cumin powder
- 5 gm.
Chili powder
- 2.5 gm.
Lemon juice
- 30 ml.
Potatoes (cubes)
- 500 gm.
Garam-masala -
5 gm.
Coriander leaves
- 8gm. (Chopped)
Ghee
(clarifiedbutter) - 37.5 gm.
Water
- 180 ml.
Salt to taste.

METHOD:
Heat ghee
in a pan and fry onions and ginger/garlic paste till golden brown. Add
turmeric, coriander, cumin, chili powder and fry for 2 min. Add salt and
lemon juice. Add mince and fry till brown. Add potatoes and warm water
and cook till potatoes are done and meat is a tender.Sprinkle garam-masala.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with chapatis and parathas.
