JHINGA(GRILLED PRAWN) |

| INGREDIENT
: Jumbo prawns - 250 gm. Lime juice - 15 ml. Pepper corns -1gm.(crushed) Pepper powder - 1 gm. Mustard powder - 1 gm. Salt to taste. Oil |
METHOD
: Clean the shells and devin the prawns. Slit prawns lengthwise, leaving the tail intact. Mix all the ingredients including oil and marinate prawns for 1 hr. Heat griller to medium heat and grill prawns till done and edges turn slightly brown. Serve hot with vegetables and paratha. Time taken -- 1
