MASALA TEA
A totally Indian recipe for preparing tea.

INGREDIENT :
Green cardamom - 2nos.
Ginger - 3 gm.
Indian Tea - 15 gm.
Milk & sugar -to taste.
METHOD :
Crush cardamom and ginger and add to 600 ml. of water in a pan. Bring to boil. Reduce heat.
Add tea and simmer for 5 min, Pour hot milk into 4 cups and add sugar to taste. Increase heat and bring tea to the boil again, then strain into the 4 cups. Serve immediately.
Time taken -- 20 min.
Serves -- 4.
