ONION SALAD
An accompaniment for rice pilafs, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

INGREDIENT :
Onions - 165 gm.
Yogurt - 60 gm.
Sugar - 4 gm. (optional)
Green chilies - 3 gm.

Salt to taste.

METHOD :
Chop onion very fine, add yogurt, sugar, salt and chopped green chilies (after removing seeds). Mix well and serve chilled.
Time taken -- 10 mins.
Serves -- 2.
