| INGREDIENT
: Yogurt - 450 gm. Cucumber-250gm.(grated) Spring onions - 4 nos. Fresh red chilies -3gm. Sugar - 4 gm. Salt to taste. |
METHOD
: Whisk yogurt with fork, add grated cucumber, onions and red chilies. Add sugar and salt and mix thoroughly. Serve chilled. Time taken -- 15 min. Serves -- 6. |
