RAITA (CARROT YOGURT RELISH) |

| INGREDIENT
: Carrot (grated) -250gm. Oil - 15 ml. Mustard seeds - 1.5 gm. Chilli powder - 2.5 gm. Fresh lemon juice- 30 ml. Salt to taste |
METHOD
: Heat oil in a frying pan, add mustard seeds and saute till they pop. Add chilli powder, grated carrot, salt and lemon juice, saute for 1 minute.Remove from fire, serve at room temperature. Time taken -- 10 mins. Serves -- 6. |
